Pam's son, "Darren Deagon" joins the firm
Len and Pam purchase the adjoining site at 236 Brisbane Street. The site was once an old shop, that had many incarnations during its lifetime and 1998 was most recently a bicycle shop. The bicycle shop had long gone and the shop was white ant eaten. The shop was demolished and plans were afoot for new offices.
August 1999
Len passed away suddenly
Works started on the new offices and completed the same year.
August 2004
Pam passed away suddenly. Ownership transitioned to Pam's sons Darren and Bradley.
The corner allotment became available and Darren and Bradley purchased the site for any future expansion plans. Coates Hire was the tenant, and they continued for a little while longer.
Further plans were developed to make full use of the land, garages were shifted to the Clay entry.
